Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, all sales made through Velari Fragrance are considered final.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue. If approved, Velari Fragrance may offer a replacement or refund depending on product availability.

Items must remain unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a replacement.
