All orders placed with Velari Fragrance are processed within 1–3 business days. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Velari Fragrance currently ships within the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Velari Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors once an order has left our facility.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. Velari Fragrance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
